Yes. Your account stores your preferences, devices, monitoring rules and alert history.
Yes. You can register a computer, smartphone or tablet. Each device must be authorized separately to receive notifications.
Push notifications let you receive an alert directly on your device when an interesting spot is detected, even when the DX Alert page is not open.
Check that notifications are allowed in your browser, that your device is registered, that your monitoring criteria are configured and that your browser is compatible. On mobile, also check battery-saving settings.
Yes, but only through Safari after adding the site to the home screen. Chrome, Firefox and Edge on iPhone cannot enable web push notifications in the same way as Android or desktop browsers.
Yes. If the permission window does not appear, click the bell icon in the address bar, allow notifications, then click the activation button again in DX Alert.
Yes, club monitoring is available with Premium.
History is available from your DX Alert area.
Premium increases monitoring limits, provides more complete history, enables advanced alerts and gives priority access to new features.
No. Stored data is only used to operate DX Alert.
Yes. You can cancel automatic renewal at any time from the "Subscription Management" page, accessible from the link located in the website footer. No future payments will be charged and your Premium access will remain active until the end of the already paid period. You do not need a PayPal account: even if you subscribed using only a credit card, you can manage your subscription directly from 11 DX Alert.
