11 DX Alert collects the data required for the service to operate, including email address, callsign, first name, alert preferences, followed divisions and push notification information.
2. Use of data
Data is used to manage user accounts, send DX alerts, manage subscriptions, ensure service security and respond to contact requests.
3. Push notifications
If the user enables push notifications, technical information related to the browser and device may be stored in order to send notifications.
4. Payment
Payments are processed by an external provider. 11 DX Alert does not store full credit card information.
5. Data retention
Data is retained for as long as necessary to operate the service, manage the account and comply with any legal obligations.

Data is not sold. It may only be shared with technical providers necessary for the operation of the service.
